Our commitment
Commitment over and above the normal working day: we encourage young talent, support social projects and provide training ourselves. We are happy to pass on our expertise and experience in process and practice-oriented project management. We cooperate with universities, contribute to specialist media and share our project management knowledge on our YouTube channel.
CLOSE TIES TO BERLIN UNIVERSITIES
We attach great importance to encouraging future project management talent. Since 2004, Hypergene has been cooperating with several Berlin universities. Our managing director, Norman Frischmuth, also lectures at various Berlin universities. He has been a member of the regional management of the GPM in Berlin, an association for the promotion of project -management, since 2009.
SOCIAL COMMITMENT IN A TOURNAMENT
Every year, we bring sports and project management together: students from the Humboldt University in Berlin organize a beach volleyball tournament, gaining practical experience in the process. We take on the professional support of the students and the financing of the project. We also regularly support social projects with donations.
